At Better Bay State any job booked will be handled with the utmost professionalism and care, all work concluding with a satisfaction check before any final payment is collected.

Our Services

We use all resources at our disposal to offer the most seamless, professional experience for any job. Once you’ve filled out or sent in your inquiry, we will give you complete transparency for pricing before any appointment is set or payment charged.

Vehicle Detailing

The vehicle will be fully power washed, rinsed, and fully dried, even the crevices (using an airbrush). Tires will be finished with tire shine, offering UV protection and a glossy finish. We also offer an optional odor bomb that will remove any tough, stagnant smells in your car, lasting up to a month, depending on which of the 5+ scents you choose.

Computer Repair

Offering On-site and remote diagnostic services. If you’re having errors, sudden crashes, or other issues we can diagnose and fix them for you!

Home Cleaning & Handyman Service

Services range from a simple deep cleaning to acquiring home automation/electronics for setup! Are you too tired after work to clean your kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom? Don’t worry; we have you covered!

Computer Services

We offer almost any and all services for computers physical or digital. If you need a computer built, we can help guide you through the entire buying and build process, down to picking the build, purchasing the parts, receiving the parts and building the computer for you, even setting up the new build in your household!

If you are having errors, sudden crashes, or other computer issues, we can diagnose the issue and fix it, whether a digital fix or a physical fix. We can get to the main root of the issue so you can continue to use your computer carefree.

If you simply need help sorting photos or personal data professionally we do that too. Want your computers protected, updated and serviced so you don’t have to pay monthly bills on unnecessary virus or malware programs? We have you covered for that too! We also do wireless router setup, diagnostics and upgrades! Any job you need we can do it! Feel free to inquire and list off any computer jobs you might need done, or if you need help and just don’t know what’s wrong. Keep in mind we do not do work on websites. We do offer off-site diagnostic and walkthrough for third party location control to fix some computer issues.

Home Services

Home cleaning services range from a simple deep cleaning to acquiring home automation/electronics for setup! Are you too tired after work to clean your kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom? Don’t worry; we have you covered! We can clean your house top to bottom, or work on specific rooms of your choosing. Every surface will be sanitized with steam and bleach (where appropriate). Do you need help organizing your room or closet? Want to provide more safety for your home with a security network of cameras, lights, and sensors? Always wanted a garden but didn’t know where to start? We’ve got your back.

Detailing Services

Drop off time is approximately 11am, with pick-up usually around 6:30pm to 8:30pm same day. (Following morning pick-up only if purchasing multiple services at one time)

Full interior and exterior detail:
Cars: $150
Trucks/SUVs: $175

Interior OR Exterior only: *$25 dollar discount for bundling both services together*
Cars: $110 interior, $65 exterior
Trucks/SUVs: $130 interior, $70 exterior

Optional additions:
Odor bomb for fresh lasting scent: $20, scent lasts 1 to 2 months
Ceramic coating 1 month: $110 charge (exterior decontamination incl.)
Ceramic coating 3 month: $160 charge (exterior decontamination incl.)

Engine Bay cleaning: $30

Ceramic coatings take 4-8 hours depending on the vehicle.

*Please note, if you plan to purchase a ceramic coating, you must drop off your vehicle!*

For travel: (if you are not able to drop off)
$40 travel fee if you are within range (can travel out of range, additional varying surcharge)
$75 surcharge if out of range (miles past 100 add surcharge)

*If traveling to your location: requires hot water tap, water line, and a minimum of 2 electrical outlets. Fee may apply if these are unavailable upon my arrival. ($15 gas fee)

Turn over time:
Interior cleaning exclusively 3-6 hours.
Exterior cleaning exclusively 2-4 hours.
Full detail inside and out 6+ hours, possibly multiple days depending on vehicle condition.(drop off day and following day pick up maximum waiting time)
*Turn over times can vary based on condition of cars*

Full cleanse inside & out:
Inside: vacuuming, doors & door jambs, dash center console & all plastic, seats (cloth seats shampooed/leather seats cleaned, conditioned & protected), upholstery shampooed, steam & degreaser disinfection & glass steam cleaned

Outside: foaming soap wash (3 step process), hand dried with microfiber cloths, tires and rims deep scrub, finished tires with glossy shine (tire gel optional with less shine more protection, just ask for that option when booking)

For each service, a down payment will be required for 50% of the service’s fee (ex: interior exclusive detail for cars cost $110. The down payment would be $55.)
Your down payment reserves your booking slot and counts toward your final price! You can leave a deposit via Venmo, Cashapp, or by leaving an envelope with the deposit amount in the mailbox of our location.
If you need to reschedule, please give 48-72 hour notice. If you do not make your appointment or give appropriate notice for a rescheduled appointment, you will forfeit your original down payment and be required to provide another. Down payments will not be refunded for cancelations.
